With a background in sports science and a passion for people, Daemon entered real estate in 2019. Having spent most of his life in South Auckland, he combines genuine local insight with a results-driven approach.
Since then he has personally called more than 55 auctions, hosted more than 600 open homes and achieved results up to $250,000 above reserve. His median days on market sits at just 27 days, across everything from entry-level homes to a standout $2.5 million sale.
Daemon specialises in Manurewa, Weymouth and Clendon Park and sells right across South Auckland. He proudly represents Ray White Manurewa and the wider A T Realty network across Manukau, Mangere and Mangere Bridge, with access to hundreds of investors, home buyers and developers.
